NHKがニュースを24時間流さなくなり、それに伴ってストリーミング提供時間も短縮。民放も通常番組が増えてきた。死者7,000人超え。福島第一は１号機と２号機に電力線敷設、通電は日曜日以降。５号機と６号機は非常用発電機復旧により冷却機能回復との報。３号機には東京消防庁が屈折放水塔車で10時間放水、使用済み核燃料プールにはかなりの水が入ったとの見方。ただし、川崎・横須賀の放射線量は微減傾向が止まり定常レベルで横ばいの感じ。夜になって仏軍を中心とする多国籍軍がリビアに軍事介入のニュース。
